Among many featured recipes, Epidorpio, or dessert, includes Yiaourti, imported Greek yogurt with fresh fruit, macadamia nuts, thyme honey, and pomegranate molasses; and a Baklava strudel with slow-roasted bananas and vanilla bean gelato. Greek coffee is served after being heated in the traditional brikis, or copper coffee pots, over a bed of hot sand. The briki creates strong-flavored, foam-topped coffee that can be sweetened with sugar inside the pot. Dio Deka also offers frappe, an enormously popular, froth-covered, cold coffee drink served in cafes throughout Greece.
